  2. Entry Period: "The MichaelFlatley.com Fan Competition" (the "Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00:01 PM ET on October 30, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 13, 2010.
  3. Eligibility: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority on the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter this Sweepstakes.
  4. Sweepstakes Overview: This Sweepstakes is one sweepstakes wherein ten (10) grand prize winners (the "Grand Prize Winners") will be selected during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning this Sweepstakes depend on the number of Eligible Entries (as hereinafter defined) received
  5. To Enter: Visit http://competition.michaelflatley.com/onadifferentnote, a website owned and controlled by Sponsor (the "Website") and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed (the "Online Entrants"). Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Entrants must have a valid email address/ No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor

Winner Selection/Notification: Ten (10) grand prize winners (the "Grand Prize Winners", the "Winners") will be randomly selected on or about November 14, 2010 from among all of Eligible Entries received. Sponsor will make up to two (2) attempts over the 48 hour period following the Winners' selection to contact the potential Winners via e-mail address provided on his/her entry form. If a potential Winner cannot be reached during the 48 hour period in which he/she is contacted the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received, if time permits

    Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prizes. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions of prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Conditions: Entry constitutes permission to user winner's name, state and country of residence for purpose of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, Entrants and Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees. officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation on any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
